To put up a Christmas Tree tonight?

I just made a miserable AIBU so here's a less heavy one:

I really want to put uo the tree because it's pretty :,) is it too early?
(It's fake, 7foot and has fake now and berries 0<0)

It’s a good advice actually. OP can apply it to her situation as putting up a tree will make her feel fabulous.

I always wait until December but my MIL has decorated her fireplace today. I still have pumpkins up!

However, if it makes you and your kids happy go for it - I told my son the other day we had to start playing 'spot the Christmas tree' (you only get points for residential ones - not commercial).

I'm glad I didn't come across too angsty! I dont want to upset people here on my first day, good impressions only 😂

My two year old is good at cleaning, but only doing things like putting the toys away and sweeping as of yet 🙃 he tries his very best!
