My ex modelled his look on JBJ. We met in a rock club. He was stunningly gorgeous. Unsurprisingly he was very popular with women. Our DS is a looker too but doesn't have the self assurance that his father does.

Peak JBJ is the “Keep the Faith” album, and in particular the song Bed of Roses. That’s probably the time when he was most popular, I’d have said.

While I think he is a great singer let's not kid ourselves he was devoted to his wife he had a string of affairs when younger he admitted the only reason they are still together is because she was very understanding as he put it .honest interview it was but probably lost respect .for him and felt sorry for his wife

You're absolutely correct, I read Nikki Sixx's memoir "The Heroin Diaries" years ago & he very indiscreetly mentioned JBJ in relation to one of many nights spent with the local, whereever they were playing, prostitutes/ groupies/ dancers on tour so yes his wife Dorothea certainly has been very "understanding" but obviously it's worked for them?

Same goes for many male music stars. The Beatles were awful to their partners, for example. And awful to many ‘groupies’. I agree though, it puts you off them as future husbands 😉

& many men of a certain era... but then you have Bruce Springsteen who hasn't (unless I'm very much mistaken?)
