There was a thread on MN many years ago, when a good proportion thought climate change was just weather/natural, so it would be interesting to know if views have changed.

YANBU: Yes human activity is causing climate change
YABU: No climate change is natural and there’s nothing we can do about it

but its only a small percentage

But can't you see it's sky rocketed since the start of the industrial revolution, do you think it can really carry on like that without any adverse affects??

considering it will be big tech, big corporations etc that will provide the solutions etc, in the long term, and not a few groups with orange banners

It is a small percentage, but it's still worrying that that small percentage of people don't believe it.

(I'm pretty sure my DH is one of them!)

Also, a lot of people believe it, but don't actually care unfortunately.

thats the thing it could be debated that as science gets politicized left, right and centre, etc whos to say that just because its the dogma of today that its the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Earth - the ultimate disposable commodity 😞

in the vastness of the galaxies, earth is just a dot among the cosmos,
yes it would be nice if it was different.
