My Husband said he's using Bumble to find friends....🤔

I recently found out my husband of 3 years has a Bumble profile after seeing a marketing email for the service on our shared computer. He swears up and down that he's using it in the "Friend Finding Mode". I, do not believe him whatsoever and I told him that he has to leave immediately pending divorce. We have a 1 year old daughter together, which is the only reason I could ever consider giving him another chance . Is there any potential credibility to his claims, or is he just cheating? Am I being unreasonable for not believing him???

Life with a baby is quite full on. Is that really the time of life you would be thinking about trying to find new friends?

On the billion to one chance yours was doing that then he would have mentioned wanting friends and what he was doing.

As PP have said, bumble has a friends setting. I've signed up to it for that purpose, I'm happily partnered up and have no interest in dating anyone.

Just ask to see the app, it's really clear what it's set up for.

Is he looking for male friends? What does he want to do with the friends he makes? Play sport, go for a drink, watch a film? Does he need/want any new friends to your knowledge?

If he was using it to find friends then he would have mentioned it to you. The fact he’s kept it a secret says everything you need to know. Also it is primarily a dating site so …….

I use bumble BFF to make friends in the area. it's mainly women making friends with other women, but there are men on there too

The advert I get for Bumble is for different students who quite frankly are the last people on earth you would want to be friends with and you see them chatting to other equally dimwitted individuals and there is nothing about romance or dating, just chatting with other students. 🤷🏼‍♀️

That's very strange. I wouldn't be happy either. I'd want to check his profile and messages before deciding what to do next.

Regardless of what he's saying he's using Bumble for, who has time for anything other than parenting when you have a 1 year old?
