To wear the same outfit every day?

I don’t do this, but the thought has crossed my mind. Men wear a suit every day, with a slightly different shirt and tie.

I’m not into clothes, although everyone says I look nice, I basically rotate a couple of dresses and a couple of trouser outfits for work. And casually, it’s just a couple of outfits too.

Would it be easier just to wear the same thing every day? Does anyone do this?

Best dressed woman I ever met had very few clothes. Dark jeans or ,navy trousers , striped or plain tee shirts ,cream aran knit hoodie or navy jumper. She had very shiny black bobbed hair and was always immaculate. She was doing a college course and was determined to go to uni as a mature student . She told me she was working as a barmaid and money was tight. I did notice she had a couple of pieces of nice jewellery ,a few scarves and a very nice ,simple leather bag. She always looked effortlessly elegant .

This is so interesting. I feel like I could be really tidy and well presented like this lady, if I had the same/similar outfit everyday and knew what my ‘look’ was. I feel I look scruffy because I’m trying too hard for make random clothes ‘work’.

I’ve really enjoyed reading all your responses, ladies. I think I’m going to have a big clear out ahead of my new job starting in November. Maybe I’ll use the new job as the opportunity to rebrand myself and be as stylish as @Passthesickbagmabel ’s very stylish, shiny-haired friend! I wonder how she got her hair so shiny!?
