She loves the soft and fluffy dog beds and will spend ages playing in her cousin's actual dog bed. Would I be U to just buy her one from a pet shop for home as a kid of cosy nest/den thing??

But for a toddler-definitely get a dog one- the green up one coat a fortune!

Seems a bit odd. Could you not buy her a cosy beanbag or chair instead?

It's because she had a bean bag,bit likes to role play being a cat and a dog, and the dog bed is a hit in a different way.

Aw, that's so cute roleplaying being a a cat/dog. I've changed my mind - gi for it!

@Bbq1 Why on earth is it "odd"?

We got one.
Couldn't find a big enough fluffly cushion for her teepee so got one.
She loves how fluffy it is.

I don't see an issue with it as long as it's new.

well my 5ft 10,11 st 13 y old has one, a lovely baby blue colour.

its a xxxl dog bed ,he doesn't fit in it fully but its enough for his needs now

wasn't cheap mind,£49.99 off eBay but as ive looked in to the adult bean bag/chair things and they are silly money

he's only just turned 13 so has years more growth so by the winter cant see him fitting much longer but it works for now

he has many disabilities and is mentally 7-8 so he uses it as a sensory toy and on a few occasions have dropped off in it with the dog(a 12 lbs jack Russel)

he props it up against the settee to watch telly in

Do it! My DD is 10 and would love this!

FluffyRabbitGal · 26/08/2023 21:18

I would if she’ll enjoy it! My niece asked for an extendable dog lead for her birthday to help walk her imaginary friends dog. She has no pets of her own. She’s enjoyed playing in the garden with it, alone and with her best friend (who’s imaginary friend also now appears to have a dog!). It’s not hurting anything or anyone.

Never mind your DD I want an adult size one!

If my knees weren’t so arthritic, I would love an adult sized one as well but I’d never get up off the floor. I did see one on a Face Book video clip so they might sell adult ones on Amazon?

My child's nursery has one that the toddlers can sleep in at nap time.
