Cillian Murphy’s eyes. AIBU to be mesmerised.

It’s a quiet evening here, DH is away, DS is gaming.

Cillian Murphy reels are popping up on SM posts

AIBU to be totally mesmerised every time I watch a reel/photo of him. His eyes are so beautiful 😍 they are such a stunning colour too and he has deep sockets which seem to emphasise their beauty!

I have heavy hooded (not because I’m old, I am old but they’ve always been this way) hazel eyes and I’m totally envious of his features!

I'm with you OP. He is absolutely gorgeous. I started watching peaky blinders years after it was first shown and was obsessed from the start. Those eyes are mesmerising like you say...

Gosh that picture of him as a woman is very striking. As I mentioned upthread my DP has the same angular kind of face and all my DC look like him. A while ago we tried out a photo filter that changes your gender and they all made very pretty women! Theres something about that androgynous look…

That made me laugh! I agree Matt Damon didn't look great next to Cillian.

He is beautiful, I suppose, but in an Uncanny Valley kind of a way that creeps me out.
Not RTFT so am unsure if you have already discussed the possibility that he is an android.

I will say that he always takes film roles in which he appears with terrible hair, weird makeup, unflattering clothes, a hood over his head, and so on. Or at least those are the ones I have seen him in. He doesn't want to be the pretty boy. I wish he would just once though.

I find Cillian Murphy a bit feminine looking for my taste. But I will acknowledge is something very striking about very light blue eyes. James McAvoy has absolutely stunning eyes...

I'm sure he's absolutely lovely and reasonable and kind etc but I can't help but think he looks like he's only just managing to keep himself from smashing your face in. I have very blue eyes, a bit like his, and although I like mine I don't like his!!

I liked Richard Madden in Game of Thrones because he didn't have much to say, but after seeing him in Citadel- what a stupid show- I have got the massive ick.

He is a great actor and has beautiful colour eyesand bone structure but I do not find him sexually attractive but he has a beautiful face and am Irish but love watching him on screen as amazing in everything he does. Check out 28 Days Later as Celim shows his willy ha!! I sound so juvenile am early 50's should know better. The camera loves him but he is so awkward and shy and hates interviews and his face cannot hide his discomfort. I just find him too petite or something. Now as for Tom Hardy swoons I really find him attractive and so hot and gorgeous and he is also amazing at jiu jitsu and I watch all the MMA with my son. He could swing his legs around me anytime on the mats..Loved Peaker Blinders. Plus Tom loves his dogs and am a dog lover.

I love his music knowledge TBH. His eyes are very typically Irish eyes. My mum has them, piercing blue, dark hair and sallowy skin.

I think he's not only bloody gorgeous but a fantastic actor, too.

I'm really jealous of those of you who haven't seen Peaky Blinders yet, you are so in for a treat. I'm almost tempted to binge watch all 5 (?) series again.
