Article in daily mail seems random at first glance and full of comments asking so what etc but isn’t their a rumour that Prince William had an affair with this woman?! Kate Middleton 'went to music festival' with her friend Rose Hanbury [[https://mol.im/a/12405601 https://mol.im/a/12405601]]

The Wales haven't "threatened to withdraw access to the children if they don't get favourable press". They can't control the press because we live in a free country. The do not dictate terms. They don't always get favourable press. The only access to the children is on formal occasions, or when they choose to release birthday pictures of them. There is no press call.

@Angrycat2768 no. Rose was never on radar, apparently, nor others like her. His friendship/s ‘elsewhere’ allegedly, yet close by, hence all so seems so cordial between R & K etc. Largely, it is.

The weird attempts to deflect attention from Rose Hanbury are only putting the focus on her. A really bad ploy and achieving the opposite of what is intended.

And the DM are still going on about it! Clearly since they sacked their mole Dan Wooten they have to bulk out their Royal coverage somewhat, but this story has clearly backfired on whatever Palace PR were trying to do ( unless it is being used as a distraction, so has done exactly what it was meant to do) Isn't Rose's husband rumoured to be gay? He married late in order to pass on the title.

It's all very strange.
No doubt in a few years time we'll learn what went on.
As we did with Diana and Charles.
I can't read between the lines but there is definitely something going on.

If W is messing about perhaps K doesn't mind. I would if it were my dh.
She gets the title, the perks and stays close to her children. Personally I think Pippa has the better deal.

Until the latest post I thought these posters were simply being homophobic about the husband but I think your level of spluttering is possibly uncalled for. I haven't spent days (dipped in and out briefly), I also haven't done anything except restate a single point (that people in the couple's circle have known for ages that Rose and William were an item). The level of hysteria about this is bonkers.

It’s the same old con. I didn’t bother commenting until the fourth or fifth page and very few comments are long. They’re certainly very chilled compared to those of the fans :)

Read your post back to yourself, you are convinced William is a cheat, the public has been hoodwinked, it’s a con, the only one getting het up is you, it’s most strange to be so invested in a complete strangers marriage, having a passing interest fine, we all enjoy a bit of royal gossip, but to be so adamant that it’s true when you absolutely have no idea is just plain weird.

That might well be true. I find it hard to believe that Pippa would have named her DD the same name as William’s mistress. She and Kate seem to be very close, so I don’t see her wanting to hurt her in that way. So if he is having an affair, I really don’t believe it will be with Rose.

That of course doesn’t mean that William isn’t having an affair with someone else. Or multiple affairs for that matter.
