To think the cunting ULEZ autopay website is fucking bullshit

Been trying for TOO FUCKING CUNTING long to create an autopay account.

Apparently even shit like thsi: 5e%1A!2b"4D$5e%2b"3C£ does not meet the password security requirements😡😡😡😡😡

AIBU to think if they want to rob us of our money we shouldn't have to jump through fucking hoops to fucking give it to them????

The sheer number of schemes and payment sites across the country needs centralising and one autopay for all.
ulez, Oxford, Portsmouth, Bristol etc.
it’s so easy to get it wrong if your not local

Oh it gets worse, I'm fighting them at the moment because despite me setting up autopay they have decided I DIDN'T and are now trying to take me to court! Couldn't even make representations online because of constant fucking 404 screens, 800 phone calls later I was no further.

I don't mind paying! I WANT TO PAY! JUST DONT TELL ME I'VE SET UP AUTOPAY WHEN CLEARLY IT'S NOT WORKED. AGAIN! ARGH!

I have the same issue and just got a fine, how was it resolved? I have put in a seperate complaint and now am about to fill in the poxy form

ive heard of this happening to multiple people and tfl are saying you’ve not set up auto pay when you have.

They are scum. They know full well the IT systems are dysfunctional. In fact that is their function.
£160 fine for two days in Khan's Corrupt City if I pay within 14 days.
I tried paying when I was there but error code after error code. Tried phoning but the robot didn't understand 'Ford Focus'. I couldn't get through to a human because it was a weekend bank holiday and they were all working from 'home', watching Netflix and obviously not doing any work at all. By the time I could get through the following week, it was too late and the fines were in the post. Two weeks later, the penalties arrive and it's too late for the so called 'discount'. Another phone phone and the very rude woman tells me it's tough luck because apparently I'm responsible for the Royal Mail.
It's wrong this. These people are crooks. This fellow Khan is a vile creature.

Near me a camera for 3/4 weeks has been issuing fines incorrectly and auto pay charges. It’s been facing on a road outside the zone. TfL refuse all requests for refunds and challenges, even with clear evidence.
some of us have now managed to get refunds with a councillor’s help. I dread to think in the 3/4 weeks it was wrong how many people have got fines and autopay charges who have been trying to deal with it alone and haven’t got anywhere. I was sending so much evidence, but they just ignored and sent a template letter I was driving in the zone.
