To think I can make my big belly fatter by next Saturday?

Going to a wedding. I'm a size 8 but I've got a big toddler's belly. And my dress is pleated empire line. Not flattering!!

Reckon I could flatten things down by just doing intermittent fasting and some planks?

Suppose can try and if it doesn't work get an emergency dress on Friday.

Really your going to starve with 20kg excess weight on your body? I think not.
it’s giving your body a break from constant eating.
3 meals plus snacks is a modern way of eating which has no place in our natural biology.

I’m offering my opinion on intermittent fasting backed up with a source who is a doctor and an expert in the science.

@Kona84 I think that you have misunderstood!
I was asking if that’s what you meant by a 36 hour fast. Is it eating absolutely nothing for 36 hours? Drinking just water?
I’m not sure why you have jumped on me for being interested and asking a question!

Definitely spanx or other shapewear. I use the body one that has the straps, as I find the underwear that stops at my waist, my tummy fat is then pushed to the top of it and I have a noticeable tyre!

I went on a 10 day detox diet where I cut out all processed foods suger gluten dairy caffeine alcahol fizzy drinks oats cereals and beans..basicly anything that isn't fruit veg unprocessed meat fish and nuts was banned .. my stomach was as flat as a pankcake for a few days afterwards also shapewear is your friend.

i read it in an accusing tone. I’m used to people saying I’m starving myself and me defending fasting.

yes 36hrs of water, black tea or black coffee. For longer fasts people take a bit of salt with their water for electrolytes.
I haven’t done a 36hr fast yet.

I managed to shift 2 kilos quickly by cutting out carbs for a week. Also use Spanx control underwear.
