To find most threads about Brits tedious and stereotyped?

I just roll my eyes every time I see another one about "Brits" or "the Brits" because they're just so painfully stereotyped and usually based on this one person the OP has met who did this one thing that they've decided is a "British thing".

I think the problem is that there are huge generalisations made on here - I have certainly seen the Australian and the American bashing threads.

Equally, you get ridiculous assumptions about cultures and in particular parenting practices - which is often an entire continent in the case of ‘African tribes’ (this is used to argue why we should co sleep, usually.)

NZ and Canada are usually received positively. Italians are all family focused; French children always polite and no never look at screens, etc.

The point is no.country is perfect they all.have their faults and not every citizen is law abiding etc but the isn't Britain dreadful.compared to the rest of the world threads are tedious.

all countries have stereotyped behaviours… Brit’s abroad with kids that only eat chips and teenagers that drink till they vomit, rude French, Irish are daft, Aussies are misogynistic, all immigrants are here to steal our jobs 😂 all of course is bullshit … fostered by low end media on the whole. People are people, some nice and some not so nice. When I read the threads, I think it says more about the poster so I tend to scroll on by
