Serious willpower fail. Ate very nearly a whole pack of cheddars. They are just so addictive! My willpower always caves when confronted with:

cheddars
cashew nuts
pringles
malteesers
grapes

… what are your vices?!

Skyrim41 · 07/07/2023 23:19

Microwave popcorn is my favourite with the fake butter and salt and a tall fizzy drink with lots of ice . Now I want a bag of pretzels:( they don't sell them in most shops these days.

Smoothiecarton · 07/07/2023 23:19

You’re my soulmate

🤣. Feel free to visit - must bring snacks!

Missscarletintheconservatory · 08/07/2023 00:59

All the snacks. I'm breastfeeding but DC is a toddler now, I had an average appetite in pregnancy, didn't gain much weight, but am insatiable ever since I actually had the baby. I want all the snacks (and all the meals too!)

My best snacks are olives and salami but can gladly devour a carton of cornflake bites or brownie bites, any kind of nuts but especially honey peanuts.
This thread has made me want wotsits. Adding to the shopping list. One packet is never enough though.

Geppili · 08/07/2023 01:12

Cashews....my nemesis!

bonfirebash · 08/07/2023 01:40

Oh I forgot those sensations honey and salt peanuts

MyEyesAreBleeding · 08/07/2023 05:37

FedUpWithBriiiiick · 07/07/2023 08:35

Spot the Nordie 😁

Nah. Tayto sandwich!

ARareKindaBear · 08/07/2023 06:21

Cheap bourbon biscuits. Seriously I’m eating nearly a full pack a week. I went teetotal from alcohol almost 2 years ago after I realised I had a problem … THAT was easier than giving these fuckers up.

ARareKindaBear · 08/07/2023 06:21

That should have said a full pack A DAY 😱

bladebladebla1 · 08/07/2023 06:55

Getabloominmoveon · 07/07/2023 20:39

Why has nobody mentioned Cheetos originals? So cheesy, crunchy and un-putdownable. In the olden days when I traveled to the US for work, my secret binge was a family size bag all to myself.
Now you can buy them in those ‘fake’ sweet shops I have to ration myself to a tiny bag a couple of desperate times a year or I’d be the size of a big house.

100000% this

Iloveanicegarden · 11/07/2023 13:14

I'm so glad someone started this thread. DH has such self control he make's me feel like a pig if I buy something I love and eat it all in one go. Rationing things out over a week is anathema to me. As long as the packet stays unopened it's safe (for a while) but once it's opened it's fair game. So here goes:
*blackcurrant sundaes- little tarts of deliciousness with jam, a cake circle on top surrounded by the lightest vanilla foamy cream - sheer heaven

  • maltesers - big box or bag
  • marmite flavour crisps
  • honey roast cashews (well, any cashews really)
  • cheese balls
  • potato sticks
  • potato salad
  • proper flaky eccles cakes dredged in sugar
GwinCoch · 11/07/2023 13:16

Cheese. All the cheese. Any cheese. I am completely non-discriminating when it comes to curd.

whoruntheworldgirls · 11/07/2023 13:23

Malteasers
Aldi wotsits
Aldi pop chips
Mini poppadoms
Cart D'Or salted caramel ice cream

HopefulM · 11/07/2023 18:37

Home made chocolate covered pretzels, dangerous

Coastalcreeksider · 11/07/2023 18:51

Aldi's lentil crisps. I was eating three bags an evening, so a six pack was only lasting two days. I was becoming addicted.

I've now swopped to eating half a tub of cottage cheese with pineapple in the evening and I'm starting to really like it.

Cocotrain · 11/07/2023 18:53

Slimfast choc caramel bars - really nice!

OneTC · 11/07/2023 18:55

I have never found out my capacity for maltesers or chicken wings.

I've always run out.

I (more than) once ate 600g of maltesers in a sitting

ShinyCaptain · 11/07/2023 18:56

Digestives. Chilli rice cakes. Tortilla chips and dip. Salty salty peanuts. Maltesers. Bombay mix. Everything really.

ShinyCaptain · 11/07/2023 18:57

I also eat a lot of apples and satsumas.
