Occasionally my scalp can be a bit scabby. I love nothing more than picking them out... And eating them. There's something so satisfying about that crunch between the teeth.

Love a head scab, I also enjoy sniffing instead of blowing my nose. I think blowin your nose is disgusting, how it’s more socially acceptable than a sniff I will never know.

I have eczema. Im always picking at it! Yeah done the scalp thing and when my hands are bad I do nibble at them it feels soooo nice.

I sometimes pee in the shower but I ALWAYS give it a good clean straight after.

I am also a cat scab/head scab/foot picker - but not an eater!

I also love squeezing my teens spots - a family trait - my mum used to pay me 'a penny a stone' for my black heads!

I NEED these in my life. Link please! Will they sort my hard skin on my heels? I've been soaking and scrubbing and slathering with foot cream for weeks- no cracks anymore and it's not as thick, but the skin feels plasticky.

Love it when I pick a real big crusty bogey out of my nose then it feels all clean and the air can just whoosh in.

Also enjoy squeezing a spot when l get the cloggy bit out, I like to roll it between my fingers.

I had to do this the other day out of necessity when my cup started leaking unexpectedly. Thought it was a genius way of doing it and would definitely do it again.

One treatment does help but you’d need regular footners to sort the heels. You can go four weeks between them so I’ve noted it this time on my calendar so I can do another before my holiday 😃

Nose picker cos well I'm constantly snotty and blowing it does fuck all.

I feel I've found my people 😆 I thought this thread would go down like a lead balloon to be honest but I'm glad it's been embraced and everyone is keen to their their slightly odd and gross side! As another poster said; everyone has one - the odd couple are just clearly not keen to admit it!

Also... To add, how frustrating is it when you lose a head scab in your hair? The worst!
