quiche then omelet . too eggy?? too main mealy?

We had quiche, salad and baked potato for lunch.
I offered MIL an omelette for tea and she said it was too main mealy.
I'm wondering now if is too much egg.
I really can't seem to please her.
Minor point I know, but I've had 4 days of her….

Omelettes are breakfast food not evening meal food. And I agree it’s too much egg.

I'm vegan so wouldn't eat it myself but I think it sounds fine. Quiche is the one food I most miss being vegan! And you said it was with jacket potato. I don't think an omelette is too "main mealy", sounds like a nice light tea!
