I sold a ladder on Facebook market place. Cost £100, sold for £60. It's not as tall as I thought it was. Should I contact the buyer and offer a discount?

Wtaf?!?

You made a mistake so you apologise and offer a full refund or a discount if they are still happy to keep it.

Why do people even need to question stuff like this?!?

@Fluffodils the title states "sold". You can only sell an item when money is exchanged.

I sell things on ebay and I get the money before the customer gets the item. I still call them sold. So no need to get funny about it.
