To think born in 1968 = good stamina/agile

Following on from my previous thread where I see being born in 1968 as still youthful based on someone I know - I'll add good stamina and agile to that description Grin - this is based on someone born in that year I know performing well on both Parkrun and a circuit training class.
In other words AIBU in thinking people born in that year can be very athletic ?

Ah I'm sure it won't take you that long to lose! I mean at least you can wear jeans ! I only put in so much weight that jeans were out of the question only elasticated waists and leggings !

Sorry to hear this. My friend had arthritis as a teenager and I understand that it can be painful - in her case it limited her activities a bit.

Agreed - it just means someone born in 1968z I know he's fit enough. Grin sorry was meant kinda lightheartedly - it has been difficult for a lot of people to keep fitness levels up after lockdown - but yeah meant lightheartedly

I like old style aerobics crashes - but there seems to be a dearth of such classes atm - instead a plethora of classes like HIIT (wtf??) and spin!! Aaaargh !!! Swimming is the most boring activity imaginable !!
