To think born in 1968 = good stamina/agile

Following on from my previous thread where I see being born in 1968 as still youthful based on someone I know - I'll add good stamina and agile to that description Grin - this is based on someone born in that year I know performing well on both Parkrun and a circuit training class.
In other words AIBU in thinking people born in that year can be very athletic ?

Ok it's a semi lighthearted thread - but I do think people born around this time can be fit abs lean if they work hard at it. I'm a bit biased as k have a crush - which I must put a stop to !! Blush

Sorry it's semi lightheaded- the point I was making Ivd seen a guy born in this year who was very fit and I find it inspiring. Ignore me - I'm having a daft moment

I was born in 1968 and I was a gymnast and am still extremely fit work out 4 times a week and do yoga twice a day and am actually healthier and fitter than my own kids .

Thats excellent - I always wished I'd been good at gymnastics we hen I was younger but the reality is, I was hopeless. I liked the aerobic style classes of which there don't seem to be many any more, sadly!
