To hate shared bathrooms and wish I had my own private bathroom?

I love living with DP in every way but this. If I could choose - I'd have my own private bathroom. Somehow very private away from rest of the flat, maybe through a walk in wardrobe or something? Dunno how the configuration of space would work.

Our one and only bathroom is a windowed en suite, so guests have to go through our bedroom which I also dislike.

I hate shitting in a shared bathroom, where someone goes in soon after me, it makes me want to crawl out of my own skin as it feels so un-private. I just hate it, I know everyone shits, it doesn't make any difference.

I know what you mean.
I live in a shared house and share the bathroom with 3 of the 7 guys who live here too. I dream of the day I can sit on the toilet without having to wipe someone elses pee off it first or shower without having to pull someone elses hair out of the plughole and have one long bath without the guilt of overstaying my bathroom time.
Honestly I have the lamest fantasies about a house where the bathmats are not constantly sodden and there are no beard hairs all over the sink and toothbrushes and I will never find pubes on my hand towel.
I love going back to my parents house where I only have to share the bathroom with my family. If I ever get a place of my own my bathroom is going to be for me and considerate people only.
