Can anyone identify this model of car for me please?

My friends husband has taken this photo on his phone and it is not his car. It's a bit suspicious really. Can anyone tell what model it is please? Thanks in advance for any help

That’s a Mercedes E class..it’s looks just like mine, which is a convertible.

Waow! This is very clear. Also looks like his photo is printed on a pass, hanging from the rear view mirror.

Wow, that took me a while to see, but yes, man in passenger seat and it looks like someone in the driver seat taking the picture
but why would she have taken a photo and sent it to the husband (if that is the husband) when he was there? That makes no sense.

He looks a bit george clooney esque, and i agree the hand taking the photo looks feminine. Theres no obvious ring on the hand, which appears to be the left one.

You can clearly see a man here too, his nose just above the word radio, he’s looking down and big lettering on his top!

The photo was apparently taken on the dhs phone and sent to his brother.

So perhaps the other passenger took the photo with the dhs phone rather than sending the pic to him from her phone.

I don’t get how this is “suspicious”
People use their personal cars & car pool all the time for work functions.
Especially if their own car is nicer than the economy model company car.

Why is the friend going through her husbands phone and analysing each message he is sending to his brother?

Christ why do Mercedes look so cheap & nasty inside? So plasticky. They're such pretty cars on the outside!

You said what I thought of saying but didn't! I used to borrow my Ex's Merc but it must've been a base model with it's plasticky interior.

I showed the original shot here to my DH (absolute car aficionado) and he said "Are you kidding? That's a brushed steel dashboard. Bet it's got full leather seats you can't see here".
