OMG what an absolutely wonderful series.

And yes Acapulco for another 30 minute light one. With glorious colour and sunshine.

I quite like the ‘vibe’ of Shantaram iyswim but agree the story was a bit convoluted.

I couldn't get past his accent. A budget that size and they couldn't get a decent voice coach? I actually did like the vibe too but it was nowhere near as good as it should have been, with some shonky acting and howlers in the script. "You're afraid to let yourself love" type cliche.

Loved Ted Lasso but loved Bad Sisters even more, another Apple TV triumphant

I don't really like watching TV but gave this a try after a friend recommended it. I LOVED it and love Ted. And Beard. And Rebecca. So so good.
The only character that I felt let the story down was Keeley - I didn't really find her believable, plus she was a bit annoying.
Apart from that it was well worth the binge watch and I am slightly bereft now I have finished S2!

Yea Bad Sisters was amazing. Apple is making a hefty proportion of the best shows out there at the moment. Netflix has become entirely dross.

I've recently got AppleTV on a free trial. Thought there wouldn't be much on there. I've been very impressed. Loved Ted Lasso. Also loved The Morning Show, Bad Sisters and Trying. Want to give Slow Horses a go next. It's definitely better than netflix currently.

For All Mankind is just about the best TV. We watched it in lockdown. Loved it.

Slow horses is hands down the best TV I’ve watched in a very long time. And the books are excellent too.
