To ask if schools will close on 1st Feb?

National teachers strike on 1st Feb so does that mean the schools are not open that day?

Has anyone received any communication from their schools relating to what impact the strikes may have?

11 classes closed in a local primary school, 3 open.

We've heard nothing at all yet from our Primary

A mixed bag then!

I didn't want to be 'that' parent but I think I will have to message the school as I can't do a last minute panic. Although I get that's why some aren't saying either way...

I hope they close and the teachers get the rise they deserve.
