This. I read from active threads and due to the number of threads created it was just pointless trying to use the forum.

Being able to hide the topic (which I had to search for as I use the app) has meant that the forum is now useable for me again.

I would usually agree with the "don't read threads that are not if interest" but the sheer volume of them made it difficult to see anything else.
