To want to combat my laziness?

I’ve become so lazy, literally sat on my arse all day when I’m not at work (very part time). I just can’t be bothered to do anything. I’ve been like this for a few years now. I spend hours scrolling social media and playing computer games. I often don’t leave the house for days. What is wrong with me?!

Im only 41, I shouldn’t be this lethargic surely? I look forward to bedtime every night.

A few years ago I was at the gym 4 times a week, out and about, going on holidays etc, I just can’t be bothered anymore. I can’t even be bothered to go on holiday! Anyone else like this?

I'm like this and I really don't want to be. Sometimes I feel like I'm so overwhelmed with all the tasks I need to do that I just don't bother doing any. Taking things in smaller steps and a more manageable rate seems to help. You actually feel like you've achieved something then.

This year I definitely want to spend less time scrolling social media and more time exercising, reading, daily walks and decluttering my house. It's hard to get going but I know it'll make me feel better. Day 2 and I've already done a yoga workout, two long walks and trying to eat a bit better. Baby steps.
