This is how I feel about the word “adulting”. For some reason it irks me. But I know language changes and evolves over time so I just have to get used to it. 😂

What’s annoying if using “of” instead of “have”…eg “I should/could have”….??? What on earth does “should of mean??! Is English not taught nowadays??

I spend a lot of time restraining my inner pedant on here, trying not to be bothered by lots of grammatical errors, and accepting them as vernacular usage, but I cannot get over this one.

The Inner Pedant wants me to demand that the poster conjugates the verb "to of" ...
