Guys I can't

She is not stop

Most kitchen work too

Most of the plugs now

She will not stop

Is there a spray or plug in device

I love her too much to be cross but I do need to see what can stop her ffs 🤦🏼‍♀️

Make sure she’s got a litter tray and access to the outdoors. Get her to the vet to make sure she’s not ill. Consult a cat behaviour specialist. Get a Feliway plug in.

Thanks all

The cat has a farm to roam on

She has a cat flap front and back of house to go out on

Multiple litter trays

She is generally happy and this is a recent occurrence

So we are off to the vet next week

I am not re homing her she is very loved I have had her 5 years

The house is big so loads of space also and her own bed, toys etc

Thanks for most of the very kind posts
To some of the rest of you 🤣

Take her to the vets. Unusual behaviour, especially urinary behaviour, is a sign of ill health and/or stress.

This. Urinating on a hard surface that will splash is not usual behaviour.

Do you also have a choice of a couple of private and clean litter trays?

Vets, you need an odour remover spray that has enzymes which means she can't smell previous wee and looking amazon has some anti wee sprays which may be worth a go.

FELIWAY plugs ins have two sorts - the not stressed sort and the one to help cats get along.

Also look up my cats from hell on you tube -loads of episodes where cat weeing has been an issue and he finds the cause and helps prevent it.

From what you said it does sound maybe she acting like prey and thus other cats are picking on her - he has tricks for building confidence which he persists in calling cat mojo - and catification making sure there is enough space for them all so they don't fight - ie cat trees and shelves - it may have some hints and tips you can adapt.

This doesn't address the peeing problem directly, but on a practical note; plug-in "blanks" to go in electrical sockets, so that the liquid doesn't cause circuits to fuse. I know Mothercare is no more, but any shop catering for that age and stage.
At least that eliminates electrician's bills as well as vet's fees.
I recently lost one cat to old age, and had not realised how much this presence was affecting the other one until he was gone.

My aunties cat used to spray, it’s a behaviour thing. She got the plug in feliway , her cat almost immediately stopped the behaviour. Also make sure to clean the area well (don’t use anything ammonia based like bleach tho).

This is why pets are a gross idea

Sorry if someone said this already but for now put those socket plug covers that are used as safety for children. So the pee doesn't go inside
