AIBU to expect M&S 12 days of treats not to be this?

So I've been unlocking the M&S 12 Days of Sparks and after getting a bottle of bucks fizz on day 1 - pretty good compared to some others on another thread - I've had nothing but rubbish since. However today being the last day I hoped for something decent and instead got 20% of nightwear - which is a standard offer already available in store and online. Am I being unreasonable to think the offers through the 12 days of sparks should be something different to things available to everyone else already?

Just seen on M&S Facebook that the 13th day reward is some Irish cream hot chocolate.... Snore.

I think that’s for something else. Very confusing though.

Free hot chocolate? It's just not good enough is it. Maybe if you stamp your feet hard enough and scream "I want I want I want" until you're sick they'll give you a lolly?

Well maybe not a lolly... I was hoping for some booze 🤔

As others have said, the offers stack. I got a £30 dressing gown for just under £20 - I think it takes the offer M&S are running off first, then the sparks offer is taken off the remaining amount.

My DS was a bit disappointed they had no Christmas Percy decorations left (that was one of our rewards)… I was relieved 😂

Actual LOL at everyone defending M&S here. Don't run a 12 day of Christmas giveaway and fill it with pathetic 15% off socks. If you're going to do something like that then put some money behind making it actually worth it and not fleecing customers!

It was 12 days of disappointment. I didn’t even get a chip recommendation when I bough steak.

Shocking! 😱

God how embarrassing some of you are. Talk about grabby

You were lucky to get a bottle of fizz all I got was Percy pigs and money off stuff I don't want

I don't see anyone defending M&S... more pointing out that a bunch of adults are getting their (15% off) knickers in a twist over not getting what they expect/demand.

The fact that you've said they're fleecing their customers. Wow. I'd like to see what you say if a company really was fleecing their customers. Ffs.

I think the issue with most of us is that, unlike other loyalty cards, the offers don't appear to be linked to our usual spending habits and interests, so not very useful. If that makes sense.

Most free items appear to have been out of stock, which I fully expected as that's often the case with sparks.

I didn't get any freebies, just offers for items I wouldn't buy 😩
