Dove shampoo & conditioner. Used to buy it because it made my hair so soft but it’s impossible to empty the bottle.

Ocado. The amount of "compulsory" bags they put your shopping in is insane and you don't have the option to go bag free. And then they charge you for the privilege of getting plastic that you don't even want!

I've only shopped there once (very recently) as I had a £20 off £60 introductory deal. Thought the prices were quite fair but will not be buying again due to the plastic bags and non recyclable packaging my items came in, and the delivery guy literally just dumped the bags at my door, rang the bell and was gone before I could even say thanks.

I agree about Jo Malone, the first time I ever saw it was in vair posh client’s downstairs loo back in 1999 or whenever it was, and I thought they had nicked it from a hotel. It has that bland generic look to it. But I have since got used to that, I guess.

In South Croydon there's a prom dress shop called Sexy Her. Google maps also shows a former day care facility called Rotten Little Angels

Sexy Her needs a few more Xs to really stand out. Sexxxxy Her. That really conveys the message (which is quite disturbing actually…if I were 17 and going to a prom I’d sooner have died than go into a shop called that!)

Her make up range is excellent but I had to unsubscribe from email because she calls her readers “chick”. The email subject will be “Fancy some new eyeliner chick?”

I haven't smelled the green Neutradol but the blue one smells awful to me.
