To wonder why many on MN

Hi all - there are some questions about our moderation here and so we'd like to clarify a couple of things. Some posts are auto hidden due to number of reports but each one is then reviewed by us. If it doesn't break our Talk guidelines then we reinstate it.

Having an different opinion to the majority doesn't break our guidelines in itself. We welcome robust debate and differing views must be tolerated if expressed within our guidelines.

If you feel you've had a post deleted unfairly, then we are always happy to have a chat about it. Get in touch on [email protected]

Unlike many sites, we consider each report individually and you'll get a response from an actual human. If AI ever becomes sentient then perhaps the Mumsnet mod team in 2100 will have a really sarcastic robot but for now it's just people.

We should also remind everyone that we don't tolerate disablism - we've removed a few posts here for this reason.
