To think that Sunday is the most depressing day?

I've never been a fan of Sundays, not even in childhood. Now that I'm an adult, I just can't see past all the chores that need doing and the blues of having work the next day.
I love Fridays and Saturdays, but can't seem to reframe the negative association I have with Sundays.

Just me? Grin

You need to watch All creatures great and small on channel 5 on Sunday night with a blanket and a cup of tea or wine. It's the law. I defy anyone not to watch that and feel all fuzzy and nice about the world

I've loved Sundays ever since I stopped working on Mondays.

You’re not alone. Sundays for me is just prepping for Monday and the rest of the week. I do all my chores and meal prep on Sunday so it’s like another work day 😂. Also by Sunday my dd is bored and she gets antsy which makes me anxious so it’s never a rest day for me

Nope. Love Sundays. It's all about your view. That seems distorted. I do housework, chores before. Do nothing on a Sunday. Take ds2 to football, sometimes a roast, relax, have a siesta, watch football, get prepared for week ahead.

I love Sundays! Long lie-in, home made pancakes and a walk. I tend to do the laundry bit by bit every day so it only takes a short while.
