Just that really. What is the meaning behind/origin of your username?
I’ll go first: mine is based on the name of a holiday home I visited many years ago now.

Rina is a book character who is an unexpected badass! I also just love the series of books (crime fiction series in which the protagonist is detective Peter Decker).

I was fed up with constantly having to think up usernames for sites, this one is easy to remember and summed up how I felt when I picked one that was already taken and had to then think of another name.

Nothing to do with footwear. 😁

Abbreviation of one of my favourite albums, I Like it When You Sleep For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of it

A few months ago, someone posted about inexpensive food giving them a dodgy stomach. I commented, saying something about "cheap food shits" and another user said it would make a great username.

Mine is from a character in Lexx, Giggorata the Wicked, who killed (and ate) her husband, amongst others.
She wears a onesie made from the entire skin of a man, with the mummified head hanging off the back like a hood.

Now I read this back, it sound a little…creepy.

Mariel van Arkle did, indeed, stink. Muriel didn't need to marry and change her name to become a 'new person'. She was fine, and a much better person, just the way she was.

I find that sentiment uplifting and a great declaration of female independence!

A desire to own a chestnut Arab mare and gallop about the Scottish moors. And be called Jinny. Coupled with mild dyslexia.

I tried that as I thought I could use a new username. Unfortunately, I landed on “Sir Gavin Williamson” so I think I’ll stick with current one for a bit, so as not to make other posters sick every time I comment.

I like doing crafty things, as well as reading the works of HP Lovecraft.

Current one is a throwaway so I could moan about my mental health. One Litre Estimated. But, I have maybe 200 or more previous user names as I like to stay anonymous on here. I challenge myself to come up with something unique without needing to use numbers. Some I really like or have meaning but I never use them again.
