I was raped orally and vaginally while extremely (extremely) intoxicated. The rapist admitted the 'sex'. The police told me today its not going to the CPS as there is no 'evidence' of my intoxication and they only interviewed one person from the evening who is a friend of the rapist. Please does anyone know of the number of witnesses police should interview? I told them about lots of people and they just pick the guy's ex landlord. What can I do?
