I’ll start… dogs 😬 Never goes down well & I think if I owned one I’d probably grow to love it but in my eyes they just smell and dribble and are annoying. How about you?!

Big outpourings of grief about 'SUCH a big part of my childhood', 'DEVASTATED' whenever some celeb dies that no one's even thought about for decades. It all seems so insincere.

Absolutely this. Someone of my acquaintance (now an ex-friend) actually made a shrine to someone a few years ago. Insanity.

Roasts: when I first moved to England and was hearing people hype up roasts, I was SO excited. To the extent that I thought the first one I had was a joke. Like, why do you guys like them so much? It’s utterly boring food! (Someone will be along to tell me ‘I just haven’t had a good roast’. No, I’ve had roasts cooked by Michelin starred chefs and by people’s feted mums. I don’t like them.)

Full English breakfasts, ‘spag bol (an Italian nonna dies every time one of you makes this desecration of a ragu), pies, fish and chips. Basically all British food makes me want to barf. There’s a reason that, despite colonising much of the world, Brit food is pretty much nonexistent anywhere else. It’s just not very good.

It can be bad enough here but people are so extreme and angry and mean to each other out there —> 👀

Large open plan kitchens.
I prefer galley kitchens and a separate dining room.
I hate socialising in the kitchen. The kitchen is not a happy place for me, it is a place of chores, food smells, and pots waiting to be washed.

Spa days.
Totally overpriced and crap, I feel awkward and self conscious. Surely we ought to be DOING something? It feels like a constant wait for the action to start
