Do you get undressed in front of your partner?

On Loose Women today, Linda Robinson said she's never got undressed in front of her husband. She goes into the bathroom to put on her pjs.

What!?! This is crazy to me. Made me wonder if anyone else feels the same as Linda?

Linda's reason was because of her strict catholic upbringing.

I don’t get dressed in front of DP! But am happy for him to see me naked in a sexual sense. I just don’t want him to see me in unflattering angles huffing and puffing into clothing. I also find choosing outfits stressful so the added element of someone watching me try to put something together is enough to make me meltdown. I DREAM of having a seperate dressing room! I will quickly strip and put on pjs if he’s in bed etc but I don’t love it.

Yes. He hasn't seen my belly since my C-section though, seen everything else I usually keep a vest top on

Yes. Usually accompanied by the one not undressing saying “woohoo, titties!” (regardless of whose), singing “The Stripper” or putting on a WWF promoter voice and saying “Yeeeaaaahhh! And the crowd goes wilddddddd!” or some such. Or “booo, fake news!” when putting the clothes back on. Or sometimes a genuine butt squeeze and telling the other they have a fab body. It’s the little things.

Before and when I was pregnant I used to literally live naked. the only reason I don’t now is for my 15 month old
daughters sake and how cold it is. I don’t feel self conscious my body went back to normal and the one thing I worry about is my teeth but there’s no hiding them!

Yes nearly everyday. He’s seen me very overweight and slimmer with saggy skin. He’s helped me shower after I had a major operation recently and after my two c-sections. We hide nothing from each other. I always open my eyes to take a sneak peak at him in the mornings getting dressed. He gets up before me and sleeps naked, I love it and he always looks at me when I’m naked, even tho I dislike my body. He makes me feel comfortable and loved. We often shower together and seen it all.

Yes, always have done, always will. I had a mastectomy 7 years ago, we both removed the dressing together after the op, he wanted me to know it didn’t change how he felt about my body.

Sometimes I silently lift my top up with my breasts out and just wait for DH to notice 😂Usually when he’s monologing about something very dull!*

It took me a while to be comfortable enough to be naked but I've always done the same with my DH. The way he stutters once he's realised my boobs are out is really funny.

I did when I was in my teens/early 20s and had a good body. But havent been confident really to do it since my body is not the nicest thing to look at. It feels awkward to me. But I also find it awkward to watch whomever I'm dating get dressed too, so I usually look away.

I don’t have any problem with dh seeing me naked but I like a bit of space and privacy to get dressed. It’s a bit of me time in my otherwise super busy day. I like to have my own thoughts, uninterrupted time etc. I get very stressy if I don’t have that time to myself.

No, I like my privacy. The thought of either of us routinely sleeping naked all night gives me the ick too. Just doesn’t seem hygienic.
