I was absolutely sure somebody else would say this one, because it's so simple, and so well-known, but still my favourite. Maybe I missed it somewhere in the thread? It's:

For this lifelong atheist it's a reminder of one of the basic building blocks of how I try to view the world, the people in it, and myself.
