Will there be any difference? Or will it be the exact same coverage on both? We are going to put it on the TV now

YANBU- use BBC

YABU- use ITV

We've gone for Sky News.

Cant beat Alistair Bruce.

I initially read that as "can't bear Alistair Bruce" and was glad to re-read it! We're on sky news too - I could listen to him all day long.

Isthisexpected · 19/09/2022 10:26

No commentary BBC at the moment. I'm mad at itv re Holly and Phil. Still waiting for their exclusive.

Is anyone watching alternative channels, like talk tv etc?

I’m watching on YouTube, a channel called The National News. I may switch around to other channels as well though.

ImAvingOops · 19/09/2022 10:31

Yes, the idea that Phil and Holly are journalists is laughable - might as well have sent Ant and Dec!

NC30112021 · 19/09/2022 10:37

Red button.

Jellykat · 19/09/2022 10:39

Does anybody know why there is sand all over the floor where the procession is taking place? I'm guessing it must be on purpose because surely they would have cleaned it otherwise for something so important

It's to do with the gun carriage.

ImAvingOops · 19/09/2022 10:55

I thought the sand was for the horses

I ahve no idea. Do you think ITV will have advert breaks? What will they advertise if they do?

Funeral plans.

The BBC is the host broadcaster, so whoever you choose to watch, the pictures are BBC.

Mrsjayy · 19/09/2022 11:09

We went with Sky news dh was watching something before so just left it, there is hardly any commentary.

NashvilleQueen · 19/09/2022 13:10

I never watch itv unless there's a programme I can't get anywhere else.

AnyFucker · 19/09/2022 13:18

I switched to itv for a while after Huw said they were transmitting the processions with minimal talk over then proceeded to witter on with some “guest” in the studio

Mrsjayy · 19/09/2022 13:23

See there is no need for wittering is there !

eddiemairswife · 19/09/2022 13:38

Red button, no commentary.
