To feel awful that I’ve wasted the money

I ordered a bottle of wine and some snacks on Deliveroo last night as a treat, but fell asleep before they arrived. I woke up this morning to find a notification on my phone saying the order had been delivered, but can’t see it anywhere in my front garden. If the driver did leave it then I suppose someone might have nabbed it overnight. I just feel so silly and awful that I’ve wasted the money.

That's a bit out of order though, if she didn't answer the dorr that's her own fault, the driver had a wasted trip so she deserves to lose the money (sorry OP :p )

Out of interest, why on earth would you order food then go and have a loud shower where you were bound to not be able to hear the door? This absolutely baffles me....

Why are they Bastards for not accomodating your stupidity? Were they expected to just wear the loss of the cold pizzas?

If you can’t get the money on the basis alcohol shouldn’t be left, then it’s just a “we live and learn” sort of thing.

Cant get too upset as you wouldn’t still have the money today if you’d eaten and drunk your delivery
