To ask how many ice lollies and ice creams your letting your DC have in this hot weather?

We have a freezer full of ice lollies, DH says I’m letting the kids have too many but I disagree, I think they could have more than they’ve had already in one day tbh, they’ve only had 2 each!

DH doesn’t allow us to have ice pops unfortunately x

Doesn't let you. Mother of god I wouldn't be having that level of dominance in the home.

DH is out today so I’ve bought myself and the kids some ice pops and we’re out in the garden, hopefully the kids don’t tell him otherwise he’ll kick off xx

Depends how old the children are tbh.

Mine can help themselves, we have ice pops and those pyramid type shape ones (can't remember what they are called) . Sometimes I buy a pack of generic "lollies" in Aldi/Iceland.

But they are 17 and 15. They weren't allowed unlimited lollies when they were younger. And tbh they rarely eat them, maybe 3 a week.

The main problem you have is your 'D'H not allowing you to have a perfectly normal thing like ice pops!

One a day. They’re mostly full of sugar & crap.

I think this is more of a concern than how many ice lollies they are having.

Is it always your DH way or are you allowed to have an opinion without him kicking off?

Your DH sounds abusive.

kick off because you had ice poles?

I'm now going to eat all the Nobbly Bobblys in the house to save my DC's teeth.
