Were you sick in pregnancy with one, both, or neither? Smile

OP posts:
Discovereads · 05/08/2022 22:42

One, but not the other.

Twix42 · 05/08/2022 22:43

Totally spewy and nauseous with both DDs, fine with DS, in fact the complete opposite - just absolutely starving all the time with DS.....

Hallowbat · 05/08/2022 22:44

3 and wasn’t sick with any of them

DeedIDo · 05/08/2022 22:47

HG with DD1. One brief episode of nausea (eased by a Full English) with DD2

Anjo2011 · 05/08/2022 22:48

First pregnancy no sickness at all . Three years later with DD2 sick all day every day up to about five months. Nothing would shift it. The two pregnancies couldn’t have been more different so much so I was convinced DD2 was a boy.

larkstar · 05/08/2022 22:48

Neither. My wife wasn't sick with either.

SouperNoodle · 05/08/2022 22:49

Hyperemesis with DD1.
Threw up a total of 5 times with DD2.

Change123today · 05/08/2022 22:52

Both. I found it more manageable the second time because I accepted/begged the medication at an early stage. I knew it wasn’t just morning sickness :( I also found ways to try and eat/drink really small amounts the second time around,

RandomMess · 05/08/2022 22:53

4 DDs it got worse with each one but thankfully never got particularly bad.

W00p · 05/08/2022 22:53

Three girls, sick with the first and the last.

soundsystem · 05/08/2022 22:53

Both! Not so much with DS

ThePomegranateClause · 05/08/2022 22:54

Both. Craved pork pie with the first and Haribo with the second.

Janedoe82 · 05/08/2022 22:54

Sick as a dog with first, nothing at all with second- to the point I was anxious I wasn’t being sick and must be something wrong.

CanofCant · 05/08/2022 22:55

Sick as a dog for almost nine months with both girls and one boy.

Calibrachoa · 05/08/2022 22:55

Both. I think about the same level of nausea

NamiSwan · 05/08/2022 22:55

All three of mine 😫

ladygindiva · 05/08/2022 22:56

3 DDS, two pregnancies(twins second time round), sick both . Far far worse with singleton first pregnancy though.

SofiaSoFar · 05/08/2022 22:56

YABU

LaWench · 05/08/2022 22:57

Neither. Not much trouble during pregnancy tbh other than tiredness and mini bladder.

Calibrachoa · 05/08/2022 22:57

Craved Cheese with first and sweet stuff with second

Pinkkahori · 05/08/2022 22:58

2 girls. HG requiring hospitalisation on dd1 and vomited throughout the pregnancy.
Intense sickness weeks 7-18 on dd2 and then a huge improvement until about 36 weeks when I returned to vomiting but just once or twice per day.

hiredandsqueak · 05/08/2022 22:59

Sick with the second girl but nowhere near as badly as I was with my boys.

Suchalicklepumpkin · 05/08/2022 23:01

Sick with both, but OMG, DD2, the colour yellow used to make me throw up and I still cannot eat any food from a freezer.

germsandcoffee · 05/08/2022 23:07

Only sick with one of my girl pregnancies the other one not at all

mycatisannoying · 05/08/2022 23:10

I was sick with all 3 girls, but I think the first and last were especially bad.
