Red.

Skimmed (or semi skimmed) is recommended for anyone over 5.
Still full of vitamins & minerals but less fat.

If I bought skimmed milk neither if us would drink it becauseof the taste, we like it whole.

Blue 💙 top here.
But for an occasional treat on porridge I get gold 🧡 top, though it all seems to be homogenised these day, so no 'top of the milk' for your strawberries any more.

Svara · 14/07/2022 19:36

We've always drank whole milk, I don't get skimming the good bit off!

Hopesakiller · 14/07/2022 19:59

Don't drink milk myself but blue for the kids, green has a higher concentration of calcium which inhibits iron absorption. Both are needed but I'm more confident they eat calcium rich foods than iron rich so for my kids better.

Blue for coffee, green for everything else.

Cas112 · 14/07/2022 20:02

Green

supertedlasso · 14/07/2022 20:02

I can only have red, the rest all taste revolting to me! That’s all I’ve had since being a child though.

dementedpixie · 14/07/2022 20:03

Yellow (BOB milk)

bloodywhitecat · 14/07/2022 20:05

One blue and one green. Blue for the baby, green for me and the 2 year old.

shinynewapple22 · 14/07/2022 20:05

Red

Persephoned · 14/07/2022 20:06

Red for everything. The others make drinks taste like vomit to me

Kitkatsareace · 14/07/2022 20:06

Blue

WonderingWanda · 14/07/2022 20:07

Red, the older I get the less I dN stomach the taste of creamy milk.

CheeseWomptie · 14/07/2022 20:09

Blue to drink and for cooking when required but green for on top of cereal.

MegaClutterSlut · 14/07/2022 20:10

Blue, did try green for a few months but just couldn't get used to it, especially in tea

ThreeLittleDots · 14/07/2022 20:10

None of the tit juices here... Oatly whole or Barista (which I do realise is full of oil!)

ThreeLittleDots · 14/07/2022 20:11

And coconut milk drink for cereal

Pixiedust1234 · 14/07/2022 20:11

Blue top although I do wish I could still get the silver top. Good memories of trying to beat the bluetits to the cream 😂

Els1e · 14/07/2022 20:17

Blue 🥛

Scoobydoobywho · 14/07/2022 20:19

Red for the adults and green for the kids.

Eviebeans · 14/07/2022 20:19

Almond milk for cereal
Red top for everything else

Rememberallball · 14/07/2022 20:20

Green in this house including the toddler twins - blue just tastes of fat and red is so watery you might as well add cold water to your drinks/food!!

Milk and More still deliver silver top to the doorstop. And gold top.

They also sell 'milk minders' to give you an unfair advantage over the bluetits. And the sun.

StaunchMomma · 14/07/2022 20:25

Red. At a push.

Just the smell of blue in a brew makes me heave.

nettytree · 14/07/2022 20:29

Red. But I sometimes buy milk from the vending machine from a local farm at the garden centre. I think that is full fat.
