Weekly food delivery substitutes went a bit retro and we've got a pack of creme caramels

AIBU to be outraged that DH does not serve them on a dish as any civilised person would do?! Shock

He spent his whole childhood ignoring the little silver tab on the bottom. Not only that, he also drinks the sauce before eating it out of the pot with a spoon. Animal!

We have taught our DC to suck it in one go off the plate. Tbh we only ever buy them when on a self catering holiday in France and it's a bit of a holiday treat but how eating them with a spoon creating less washing up than sucking it up off a plate?

Why are there two ready made creme caramel threads today? It's it French bots trying to detail the current trifle focus?

Also the ready made ones are not nice

This thread was here first, and no one wants to know how much sugar is in a creme caramel.

It's like when Bake Off explained just how much butter is in a croissant, I don't need that negativity in my life

Sorry, but they're gross however you eat them! Horrid watery mess in a little plastic bucket, an insult to the real thing!
