You are far from the only one. It might be partly the weird-horniness-of-war effect, but I think he just has a bit of an inexplicably hot vibe about him, as some men do, and just happens to be the elected head of state of Ukraine. The voice, the eyes, the arms, the charisma. Am not proud of myself, and largely keep it to myself, but I would honestly ride him into next week.

You will be told it's distasteful and shallow. But two points I think are relevant...

Zelenskyy knows and uses the media very cleverly. He makes us care about him and by extension, the Ukrainians. He's not stupid. We don't want the hot hero to die or his country to be taken. Figureheads are important. And 'men want to be him, women want to be with him' is a very good position. If he was a cowardly toad <cough> Boris <cough> Putin <cough> he would not have received the support.

Secondly, it is very basic psychology. The list of attractive qualities is short. We add our own twist but; funny, good-looking, brave, strong, rich and caring is pretty universal for heterosexual men. And he's literally the global exemplar for those right now. He's only missing height and you can't tell on film.
