Does your usual lasagne recipe have peppers (capsicum) in it?

I've had lasagne with peppers in it but never put them in myself.

I do make a moussaka inspired dish containing peppers as two of my DC loathe aubergines though.

One of my quick weekday dinners is a spinach and salmon lasagne, made by layering the pasta with defrosted creamed spinach and smoked salmon, then just topped with lots of cheese/ mozzarella. Good with a tomato salad on the side.
If I can be bothered I fry mushrooms and onions to add to the creamed spinach.

No! It would make it watery.

I use very small courjette and mushroom with my mince (which is usually lentils or lentils and walnuts) and simmer it all into a sauce.
