I don't think it will help, unfortunately. There are a lot of people wanting to sit in that particular chair, with very similar ideas. It is not like he's the only baddie in the country. Even Navalny, from the ideological perspective, is very similar to Putin, sans corruption.

The ideal person would be the doctor treating him for his illness (parkinsons or cancer, maybe both) that person could inject him with an antipsychotic drug like haloperidol, even if it didnt completely eradicate him it would make him sleep, so no more rash decisions made.
