New Nikes for 13th Birthday can't crease them!!!!

So it was my daughter's 13th birthday and we bought her the latest Nikes. She loves them to bits ...won't wear them in case she creases them . Is this a thing? Apparently I should have bought them in a smaller size as squashed toes keep them crease free Hmm Anyone else have any teenage pearls of wisdom ?

I've never heard of this and I've been wearing trainers for 30 years.
Off to check my creased shoes... 😕

It is one of those annoying sneaker head things that has escalated from that group. It's something that will go away like other fashion fads. All of us have a ridiculous thing we've done for fashion as a teen that has made our parents roll their eyes. This too shall pass.

Bought my 13 year old a pair of Jordans for Christmas, and he mentioned creasing and said he wouldn't wear them too much!

I said if they were in perfect condition when he grew out of them he'd be getting supermarket trainers in future. Thankfully he's worn them normally since. They were £130!!!!!

I don’t have teenagers but can’t compute this at all. We rolled skirts, use the thin bit of the tie but not to wear something in case it creases Confused
