When I search for 2 adults the hub choices come up

When I search for me and 10 year old ds they don't - I can't find anything online and the hub doesn't have a live chat

Need to book this morning!

The Dominion is a lovely cinema but might be too far from the hotel, a taxi ride. Just had a Google search, the Scotsman Picture House is minutes away from the hotel, 48 seats!

The hub rooms are literally tiny. But if all you need is a room there's a double bed and a shower. And a tiny window.
Would second edinburgh park as an alternative if you're driving.

Ah yer sorted - ignore me lol!

Just to say I'm currently in a Premier Inn, and stayed Thursday night in a Travelodge, and booked as two adults both times whereas in reality it was me and my toddler dd who has always bed-shared with me. Nothing was said by the staff, though the TL was fairly insistent I could have a cot if needed.

Enjoy Edinburgh. We were there two weeks ago and had a great time!

I'm back!

The staying with pals part of our trip is off as they have covid 😫

I have 2 nights booked in Edinburgh this Sunday and Monday.

I've changed our train to go from Newcastle to Edinburgh on Sunday (hotels are £££ on the Saturday so that's out)

Any suggestions on another night somewhere near Edinburgh that ds would like please? He's gutted at not getting to see his friend 😢

Aww no that's a shame I've no suggestions when are you going home have you booked to go back ?

Workyticket · 13/04/2022 20:31

@Mrsjayy I've not booked the return train yet. One idea is to travel to York and stay 1 night there. Dh is off on the Wednesday and wants to go to the shopping centre in York so we could meet him there and travel home with him Grin

Just stay three nights in Edinburgh? There is tonnes to do!

There is a new Everyman cinema at St James quarter (end of princes st) or a cinema at the omni centre 5 mins walk from waverly. Both centres have lots of food options and if he likes Lego St James Quarter has a Lego store. It also has bowling.
