Being harrassed by landlord and agents - please help

Hi, I am really stressed out and anxious. We are in our notice period with an extreme bully of a landlord and fortunately we signed an agreement with a break clause. There has been a host of problems but we have finally given notice. The landlord has refused to give us a reference for our new rental and we were able to work around that.
The issue is the amount of agents he has handed over to who are harassing us with viewing requests. We have been very accommodating for the first month, however they have now become extremely frustrating. He has now handed it over to a new batch of agents who want to do videos and photographs. What are our rights wrt this? Do we have to allow it, and if so do they get to move and position our stuff around for the videos.
Im really at the end of it here, the agents are calling our work lines, phoning constantly and so aggressive. Yesterday, one wanted to know exactly what my reason is for not allowing a same day viewing and telling me to leave the key somewhere for him to come through on his own! Please help, I am in such a stressful situation.

I also recommend landlord zone. They know their stuff.

Tenancy Matters UK on Facebook are brilliant and will help you with this.

@KindleBeKind We have paid every single month so far. The issues are that once we moved in the items listed as part of the tenancy agreement was not fulfilled. He had a damaged wall that was meant to be repaired prior and this has yet to be done. He has stopped responding to any communications long before we have given notice. We have had to fix many things at our own cost to which he is ignoring. In a weird twist, the agent of the new rental was approached by him previously to market this apartment and they had a horrid experience with him and refused to work with him so that is how they were able to work around the reference issue for us!

I did the school run and just got in and had a few missed called which looked like agents. A few minutes later my buzzer rang and I looked at the intercom and it was a guy in a suit. I just froze, it seemed like an agent pitched up. I ignored the buzzer and then heard a voice outside, I opened the door and at the reception area the same guy got in he turned around looked at me and walked out. It could be a coincidence or some random guy but something about the way he paused and left quickly makes me feel very uneasy.

Sounds like they are checking to se if you are in before entering without Permission.

Get a camera asap.

They can't touch your possessions and if you feel like unreasonable behaviour is happening such as you not having the right to quiet of enjoyment within your rental and feeling harrassed and intimidated you can report it to 101 and refuse the LL any further entry until you have left. I went through similar with my former student accommodation. Suddenly tried to charge me more and staff were turning up at my door every other day to try and get in, shouting at me, calling me a liar about things that needed repairing etc. So I logged it with 101 and informed the management company that they had 28 days to find me an alternative accommodation or rent would be non payable and the contract terminated. after 2 months of back and forth, them actively ignoring me and then me threatening to get solicitors involved they relinquished me from my contract, I had to pay nothing to the building and got a compensatory amount for the harassment I received.
