To be outraged that....

my sil gave my 12 year old dd a t shirt that says"I love chocolate, shoes, diamonds,shopping, handbags and men....so long as they're really rich" for her birthday?
Fortunately dd doesn't like it either, but....words fail me!

I'd even query shopping nab I am trying to bring my DCs up to see shopping as I do, a neccessary evil and not a leisure pursuit.

Sadly, OmIran, it's too late for my dd - she adores shopping already!

I saw a childs t-shirt in local Charity shop with W*nker on the front. Shop manager was rather embarassed when i showed her!

So do I say anythin to my sil or not? Yesterday I thought no and dp thought yes. Now we've swapped opinions. Views please?
