Been reading a bit about them and sounds like something I may trial.

Does anyone take them and if so can you sense any difference from taking them?

i sometimes take Health Leads mag citrate (1tsp in water orally) before bed if i have migraine.

Interested in the mag threonate statement about depression and anxiety and hopefully bruxism. Have cracked many teeth from crown to root. On my 4th night guard from dentist.

Anyone successfully treated bruxism or anx/depression with threonate please?

My mum takes two types but I am not sure which ones. One is for heart health and the other for leg cramps. Her cramps stop when she takes it and return if she runs out.

I think I read somewhere that an excess magnesium intake is linked with heart problems. Not sure how proven that is but worth checking with your GPs if you take these Smile

Every now and then I do a short course of magnesium citrate and 5htp.
I have bad pcos, endo and sleep alludes me a lot. Taking them helps.
