So, short story, DD (2) awaiting PCR results. We've 12 hours before we need to leave for my mum's for xmas (or call it off). We've no kitchen. I have a 2 ring camping stove and a microwave. No room for anything else. Suggestions please for christmassy/ special feeling meals I can do?

Thank you for all the suggestions. Crisis averted, PCR tests came back negative this morning so we are off to the land of ovens and Christmas trees!

Good news that you can go to DMs.

But for when you get back, assuming you are still on gas's rings and microwave, have a look on the Preppers board (in Other) for the thread on camping stoves (I think it referred to cooking or buying in thread title) for ideas of things to cook using minimal facilities. It might give you some ideas that could help until extension is sorted and you get a proper kitchen again.

I'll also be trying all the suggestions on this thread!
