I haunt charity shops. And in one of the shops closest to me, I found this for the princely sum of £1. WITH THE TAGS STILL ON FROM THE COMPANY!!!! In size 0-6 months.

And one of my friends has just had a baby.
And it is just before Christmas, I could never have afforded something that cool and original and funky, and he loves cool and original and funky ...

So I removed the charity shop tag, left the company tag still on, wrapped it up and gave it as a present

Have I been awful?

yanbu as long as the pressie is appropriate then who cares where you get it from. its the thought that counts

I can sooooo see why that playsuit was in a charity shop with the tags still on!

Nothing wrong with it as a gift though.

He sent me a text message saying it was "Awesome", which I feel is not a word used very lightly, so I think he liked it.
